Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an Anchorly account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Anchorly to publish or link to content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
4. Your content
You own the content you publish on Anchorly. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and serve it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the content on your profile and any links you publish.
5. Pro plan and payments
Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed access period (30 days monthly, 365 days yearly). It does not auto-renew. Payments are processed by Paystack. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 48 hours of payment. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Custom domains
You are responsible for owning and maintaining any custom domain you connect to Anchorly. If your Pro subscription expires, your custom domain will stop routing to your profile until you renew.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Anchorly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Anchorly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
