How do I sign up?

Go to anchorly.link and click Get started free. You can sign up with Google or via a magic link sent to your email — no password required.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. You'll need to type your username to confirm. This permanently deletes all your data.

What happens to my data if my Pro expires?

Nothing is deleted. Your links, sections, and settings are preserved. You lose access to Pro-only features until you renew.

What is a slug?

Your slug is the unique part of your Anchorly URL — e.g. anchorly.link/john. You choose it during onboarding and can change it in Settings.

How many links can I add?

Free plan: up to 5 links. Pro plan: unlimited.

Can I hide a link without deleting it?

Yes. Use the visibility toggle on any link card. Hidden links stay in your dashboard but don't appear on your public profile.

How many portfolio sections can I add?

Free plan: up to 2 sections. Pro plan: unlimited.

How much does Pro cost?

GHS 5/month or GHS 36/year (saves 40%). Payment is processed via Paystack.

What payment methods are accepted?

Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and card (Visa, Mastercard).

Does Pro renew automatically?

No. Pro is a one-time payment giving access for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). You renew by paying again from the Billing page.

What do I get on Pro?

Unlimited links and sections, full analytics history, all themes, premium themes included, custom domain, and no Anchorly branding on your profile.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Connect your domain from the Overview page by adding a CNAME record pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com.

Is HTTPS included with custom domains?

Yes. SSL is provisioned automatically — no extra setup needed.

Can I use a subdomain?

Yes. links.yourdomain.com, me.yourdomain.com, etc. all work.

Is visitor data private?

Yes. No personal data is collected from visitors. Identification uses an anonymous one-way hash — no cookies or third-party trackers.

How much analytics history do I get?

Free plan: last 7 days. Pro plan: full history (up to All time).
